The people who were not looking for making their name great. People who are not living for themselves but devout and God fearing, for these people
Even though it's not one language , every body is from different language. Different nation but devout and God spoke to them in different languages .God touched them they experienced Salvation. No confusion.
God is not God of disorder , He is God of Order.
our best example is Lord Jesus.
just as He also says in another place, “Y ou are a priest [appointed] forever A ccording to the order of M elchizedek .”
HEBREWS 5:6 AMP
Our Lord is declared as priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.
Who is Melchozedek and what is His Order.

For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of the Most High God, met Abraham as he returned from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him, and Abraham gave him a tenth of all [the spoil]. Everlasting priesthood should be in the order of Melchizedek.
Our Lord has Sacrificed Himself by n laying down His Life - His Body and His Blood.
First key in having a orderly life is
A Sincere desire for God - a devout life.
Psalm 73
Whom do u have in havens , there is nothing on earth that I seek besides thee.
For people who doesn't have a house, they will be seeking God give me a house,
For those who doesn't have a child they will be seeking for a child.
For those who don't have a job they will be looking for job.
But Psalmist says
There is nothing on earth that I seek besides thee.
Devout life:
Acts 10:
Cornelius was devout man,
Your devout Ness is in prayer.
Your devout life is in helping the poor.
And because of his devout life, he brought salvation to whole family.
If you are worrying about your family not saved, live a devout life. God is faithful.
Second key in Life of Order is submission
1 Peter 2 . :13
18 Servants, be submissive to your masters with all fear, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the harsh.
Commit to God who judges righteously.
23 who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously;

Similarly,
Orderly life for wives
adornment
beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.
Order for husbands;
Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.
Submission to authorities , family, Church..
