Cry - 

 I cried out to God with my voice—

To God with my voice;
And He gave ear to me.

If we cry before people,  they might  hear us or ignore us.

Sometimes we see people crying before others about their problems.

Some 

God giving His ear to man is big thing.

1 Chronciles 4:10

9 Now Jabez was more honorable than his brothers, and his mother called his name [c]Jabez, saying, “Because I bore him in pain.” 10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my [d]territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested.

V12

2 I will also meditate on all Your work,
And talk of Your deeds.

Some people mediate on all kinds of negative things

what people said about them, and what people did not say about them.

what hapenned to them

what not happenned to them.

everything is negative

Phillippians 4:8,9

8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. 9 The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.
