Psalm 108

A Psalm of Victory.

Every one wants victory. You play a game to win. You go to college to succeed.
You go to job interview you want to get the job.
You don't do things to succeed.

A victorious life is what Gods wants us to have.

Triumphant Procession

2 Corinthians 2:14

14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ


Victory starts with Praise to God.
V1 - Heart should be steadfast.

Give praise to God with what your are.

We always look to others and  say oh i don't have that glory so i cannot praise God.
Wish i have that glory.
But Psalmist says i don't praise God with others glory.
but whatever glory that God bestowed on me i will worship God with that.

We have lots of wishes.
Wish i have green card. I would give building fund.

In Verse2  , Psalmist is awakening whatever is in sleeping mode.
Your talents, your glory might be sleeping. he says Awaken your harp and lute.


First step to Victory.

1) Start worshipping God even with what ever glory you have.

Second step to Victory.
Verse 6   
2) When God is exalted, I am delivered.


Third step to victory
3) Confess what God says about you.

V 7 ..  God in His Holiness says Gilead is mine. Manasseh is mine.


Fourth Step to Victory.
V12,13.
Help of man is useless.
Help of God - we can do valiantly.
